Imagine the wonderful surroundings of the Mediterranean coast of Turkey in April 2012; a landscape plastered with heritage sites form different times and cultures, and inspiring encounters with 200 fellow history educators from all over Europe, the Mediterranean region and beyond. Many have already registered, and the deadline for Comenius and Grundvig grants is fast approaching. EUROCLIO in cooperation with the Association of History Educators of Turkey organise the 19th Annual Conference on the theme, “Looking at History Through a Variety of Lenses” which will take place in the beautiful historical surroundings of Antalya, Turkey on April 1-7 2012. The Conference has been validated by the European Union and has been published in the Comenius and Gruntvig Catalogue offering the unique opportunity to participants from EU Member States to apply for European Grants.
